    Default Brandon Marshall signs extension

Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall has a three-year, $30 million contract extension with the team and even signed the deal on national television.

Marshall signed the contract on ABC's "The View" on Monday and tweeted that he will donate $1 million to benefit mental health care.

He had one season left on his current contract for $10 million. He will get $23 million guaranteed with his new deal, a source told ESPN.com's Michael C. Wright.

    It's a good story too.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

I hope he's got his stuff in order but it wouldn't surprise me to hear about another arrest or a "McDonalds wrapper" again.

He's really grown up and learned how to deal with his mental health since he was in Denver and i'm happy for him.

Agreed. Good to see him finally (seemingly) straighten his life out. At the time we got rid of him he looked well on track to becoming the next TO, but it looks like he's avoided that.
