Felony charge....I'm not familiar with state law in Alabama, but I would guess he had more than a small baggy of marijuana.

Supposedly it was synthetic weed, or "spice"... That's like getting busted for armed robbery trying to steal $100. At least make it worth your while.

I don't know Buff, I would rather someone be smoking real weed all day long rather than smoke the synthetic stuff. It's more harmful and dangerous that actual weed. Using your analogy it's like holding up a gas station when the owner is also armed, you might get some cash, but you also might die.

We are in total agreement here. I was thinking about it more from Dareus' perspective. Like, at least go down doing something seemingly enjoyable like blow off of a hooker if you're gonna go down for felony drug possession. Spice? What is this, amateur hour?
