OK - So how is this ANY better than Sterling - making fun of someone who has a disease is just plain awful. There is no excuse for this behavior other than being a total douche bag. I wonder if the NBA will discipline him. Maybe not let him commentate or something - something monetary to be donated to the organization that helps the people who suffer from the disease Shaq made fun. Something, anything.

It was done in poor taste but i dont think the league will even blink an eye at this. Not because O'neil is black but because everybody and their mother does stupid shit like that. The only difference is most of us dont do it on twitter or facebook.

And everybody and their father says stupid shit in the privacy of their own home when having a heated discussion with their sig other. Granted, I will say that IF that had been Sterlings ONLY offense then I am sure the punishment would be no where near what he received. I think Sterlings punishment mostly stems from him being a total DB for the last 30 years (80 years but 30 in the NBA)

But I still think Shaq should make a very sizable donation to the fund that helps witht he disease that guy suffers from

I saw this the other day. Kind of made me want to curb stomp Shaq.

Pretty typical. Am sure the usual "Shaq's a fun loving guy, he meant no harm" will get trotted out if it hasn't already.

I've always liked O'Neil mostly for bringing so many trophies to staples center. He is, however, a dooshbag.
