Jalen Rose has been calling him a racist on twitter today. I have a lot of respect for Jalen as I think he is one of the best guys ESPN has, but he's being pretty stupid today. I just don't get how you can read that quote and come away thinking Cuban is a racist. Anyone being honest with themselves probably agrees with Cuban's comments on this 100%.

He's very smart and insightful when talking about basketball, but he really does need to just stick to that. Social commentary is not his strong suit.

He got in a huffy fit when Skip called some basketball players trash. Rose failed to acknowledge that some professional basketball players are trash when compared to their peers. He then lashed out at Skip, who I must profess that I loathe as well.

Rose is just a sensitive dude.

Mo is an important person? I never knew that. It must be some sort of "little people" affirmative action.

See North, I thought about this. I don't think we are DEFENDING anything or anyone. But we are ATTACKING the idea of our private thoughts being used for ammunition to FORCE us to sell our property or business. I'm not defending Sterling's thoughts at all, but I'm attacking the principle of being forced to sell property on the pure basis of having "offensive" thoughts.

Well, i get your point but at the same time its the same thing as how the NBA is currently looking at the situation. We KNOW he is a racist, so deep down i really dont give a shit what happens to the guy. But, as i and you have explained this particular circumstances to which this happened is very sketchy and out of place. But my overall point was while i hate the idea of how this came to light he could literally walk out in front of a bus and i would not care and thats what i was getting at.

You know, Cowherd was talkign about the diffrent suites today in a conversation about the latest "NFL" law suite, and its amazing what people have sued for and won.

A physical therepist sued for whiplash while at at a strip club, because his face was bouncing off her boobs so much "I felt like I was being hit with bricks." He won

A thief didn't head the warning on the store window about high voltage security, sued for when he BROKE into the shop and electrocuted himself (not to death)... and won.

    It's amazing.
