Wow, just read today it starts in a week. Last I read (months ago), I thought the premier was going to be in May.
As things stand, if there isn't another Brexit delay, I'm heading to the Netherlands on Saturday for at least two weeks, maybe 4-6, and what has me bummed the worst is having to try and watch GOT on a laptop while over there.
I read an article saying that it's going to have a lot of ties back to season one. Thought I had more time to rewatch.
WooHoo, Brexit on hold, cancelling my flight for tomorrow (just remembered I didn't do that as I type this).
The wife and I had been rewatching season one over the last week, after reading about a lot of ties back to season one. For some reason my wife tends to not like to rewatch stuff, so I couldn't talk her into binging all seven seasons (not that we would have had time anyway).
I was dissapointed when I looked up this weeks episode and saw it was only 60 minutes long. I was hoping that with their only being six episodes that they would have been longer. Wife had an interview with someone, maybe Tyrion actor, who said something about a 10 hour motion picture, so if it's really ten hours total, then several of them will be longer than 60 minutes.
I was also reading about the prequel they are starting production on (sounds interesting), but in that article, they said this year, production costs went up to about $15 million an episode, where the first season was $6 million per.
Lazy ass mother ******s can type the same thing you post into Google:
