    lol yeah that's why you have to soak the planks for about an hour before you use them.

    We burned a bunch of it over the weekend at the ranch I was at. I didn't have a BBQ SNAFU.

    Secret Tips: Soak the planks for 24 hours with Applewood Smoked Sea Salt in the water. Grill seafood in slow on low heat. planks won't burn that fast. Great smoky flavor!
