Cedar planks are great for cooking average and or frozen fish.
lol here is another great way to make fish, poisson au papillote.

Secret Tips: Soak the planks for 24 hours with Applewood Smoked Sea Salt in the water. Grill seafood in slow on low heat. planks won't burn that fast. Great smoky flavor!
