I have an old school Weber kettle type I guess it's called. The chimney starter is great. Coals are ready in 15 minutes or so. No lighter fluid, I just use some paper to get the coals started. Then I can distribute the hot coals easily depending on what I'm cooking.

I find gas to be more of a pain in the ass. The igniters aleays crap out, exchanging propane bottles is much harder here than in the US.

Old Smokey bbq grills......I remember my Paw-Paw using this one and going to games. Makes awesome bbq. Great for tailgating as well. The wife is getting me one for my birthday...after all these years of requesting one.

Coals. All the way, if I'm using gas, I may as well cook in the kitchen and just serve the food outdoors

We had our first bbq in March this year, the weather has been great, until recently.

I got a drum style bbq it basic and cheap but awesome

It's hot here in the summer. It will be 100 degrees F or more all week. Sometimes we cook with our gas grill in the summer just so we're not heating anything in the house
