I have a propane Weber Genesis grill, a charcoal offset smoker and 2 bradley electric smokers... I use the weber for most grilling during the week, the charcoal smoker if I want to take my time on some steaks and such and the electric smokers if I want to do long, slow smokes because I can set it and forget it.

Hey, you know me, I was just messin ...I have never microwaved meat, but I wouldnt be against trying it...I get most of my nutrition from a blender, so Im nobody to talk to about grilling....am trying to go with fish and chicken when I do eat meat..But am always prone to devouring 9 or 12 jack in the box tacos at once...Nice and greasy lol

Well I guess you're right. If we've eaten fast food we've eaten microwaved meat

Gas, charcoal is too much bother.

I prefer charcoal when grilling. It has a different taste than using gas. Though gas is more convinient to use.

great thread OB. I'd like to grill you someday. I mean grill WITH you, sorry. but I have tossed the question around myself recently and have decided that for me and my grilling experience (which isn't much), gas is the way to go. again, that's for me

I'm the same. I have a Weber gas grill, but charcoal is the best.

Going to put this grill in permanently outside. Going to dig a hole and pour concrete. Commercial grade grill like you see in state parks. Seems like it would be easy to use and clean.

If Charcoal grilling is done right, it tastes better but then it takes forever and I don't have the patience so to answer your question- Gas!
