    Why anyone is worried about potential picks 13 months from now is beyond me.

    They should be concerned about now.

    I hope our FO is concerned about 1 year from today just as much as they are the now.

    I'm not worried at all about the broncos FO with Elway at the helm planning long term.

    If anyone looks at how he has been building the team they will see that.

    The older players at stop Gap until they can develop the rookies.

    Most rookies at this point are not going to start for us especially drafting at 31 or for that matter in the high 20's.

    That said MOST rookies will not start day one. John is building this team that the rookies can get up to speed and rotate in later in the year and then start in year two or three.
