I would actually like to lower my post count. I have too many posts. I need to cut back. I wish I could get someone to dial back my mileage so I wouldnt feel so guilty about following too much football and not learning more about Obamacare...lol

The 1st girl I had a crush on was Darla.

The 1st girl I wasn't desperate enough to date was Ester. She said that she was diagnosed as Bipolar & paranoid Schizophrenic, but she insisted that she wasn't paranoid. She knew for a fact that her Dr. was the anti-Christ & was trying to kill. She said he was trying to get her to take medication that made her less aware of the dangers around her.

This is a hall of fame worthy post. Ester sounds like a horror movie. How did you get out alive?

It a complicate story with more plot twists than an episode of Law & Order.

I'd just moved to this side of the valley & had started in a new church. We met in the singles group, I agree to give her rides to & from meetings. It became clear to everyone in the group that she was looking for a man & I was it. So I asked the groups director, Beth, not to put my phone # on the next edition of the phone directory. Beth agree that that would be a very good idea.

A month or 2 later, my church was organizing a Mexico work trip. Being a puppeteer at my previous church, I volunteer to produce a puppet show for the children there. This was added to the future announcements about the project & that I need volunteers to help me with the show. A couple came to me when I was tending the sign up table & said they were interested. After exchanging phone numbers, we agree to a time to meet at their home. When I got there, guess who was also there? Their daughter, Ester, who now had access to my phone #

The show didn't come together for reasons that had nothing to do with Ester & I. The family eventually left for reasons that I'm not certain about. Officially, it had nothing to do with me not being interested in their daughter. In fact, I've no reason to believe that she ever told her parents about her infatuation with me. Nevertheless, I still can't help but wonder if I did play some part in their departure.
