Collins and Gregory … then fit as many deep sleepers as you can after simple restructuring. That’s basically all I’ve see it different, it’s not as big of a deal as y’all seem to want it to be.

Collins could’ve been had for a conditional 7th round pick, this is not controversial, it’s roster management 101.

it's another one year deal, so i'm guessing that paton likely intends to draft and develop behind him. . . fine with me. . . i always liked the way that elway would try to sign at least one vet at every area of need before the draft, which increased his flexibility on draft day-- and provided depth, and insurance in case a rookie wasn't ready to start right away. . .
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

And maybe IlB depending on value.

pretty much. . . i am eager to see if paton can unearth some mid-to-late round gems. . . you know what i'm even more excited for, though? seeing how much better some of our current talent will look with a stud QB and an actual NFL offense. . .

I might be crazy, but I believe Jeudy and Sutton could each be a top 5 WR in the league, like Fitz and Boldin back when (although different styles). I hope this turns out to be true.

Safety … safety! Apparently Sterns and Johnson don’t “grade” well.

    God PFF sucks.

Sutton and Hamler will eat with RFW IMO. I actually don't have much faith in Jeudy to take the next step though....his route running (makes way to many moves to get open and doesn't know how to separate off jam), ability to catch tough passes, and diva attitude all need work. Guess we will see if RFW can bring the best out of him. He has complained about all his previous Qb's before so I guess we will see.
    Denver's 2024 George Paton Draft/FA plan

    Draft
    RD1- TE Brock Bowers, GA
    RD3- QB Spencer Rattler, SC
    RD4- CB Josh Newton, TCU
    RD5- S Reggie Pearson, OK
RD5- C Michael Jurgens, Wake Forest
RD6- K Jonah Dalmas, Boise St

    FA

Save the draft picks for other needs.

This is fair, JJ has a lot to prove.

Would anyone be interested in Cory Littleton at inside linebacker since he knows Evero’s system? Seems like that is when he was most productive.

Apparently Cory Littleton doesn’t fit the system … even though he actually played in this system.

Probably needs to add more “glue” to his game, be more of a “glue” guy.
