As bad as we look on defense I think thats the only logical thing to do.
Baileys gone...sad to say but he sucks now. Losing Miller and Harris hurt the defense more than anything.
Draft all defense...any free agents all defense and maybe a vet RB late into FA period.
This was just embarrassing all around.

This feels MUCH WORSE.
Denver supposedly had the most potent offense ever, which couldn't even come close to Elway's 80's units.
To lose like this is unspeakable.

I know it is crazy to say, but you have to look at coaching.
You have to hand it to the Seattle Seahawks. That is about as dominating a game you are going to see. Sure, Denver played like absolute shit. But Seattle never let Denver recover. Contratulations, Seattle. You deserve to be World Champions.
As for the Broncos, we had a great year. This team has the tools to win a World Championship. They've got to really take this game as an example and become a mentally tougher football team. As great a year as Denver had, they were still horrible at turning the ball over. That has to be the focus in the off-season. Become a mentally tougher team.

I hve always been lukewarm about Fox. I think he's a great 'good ole boy' that does a great job managing everything, lets people do their jobs and holds them accountable, and keeps a great system in place for the team. I do wish we had something a little different running the team, like someone who was intimately involved on the offense or defensive side of the ball. Much like Carroll with the defense, of Sean Peyton with the offense, etc. I'm just not realy sure and how well Fox does with the X's and O's and the teaching of the game to the players. I could be wrong, but Seattle and SF have a plug and play system. It doesn't matter who plays the system works. That isn't the case with Fox.
