Thread: Call of Duty: Ghost

Finally got Ghosts last week... Having a really tough time getting into it. I ended up playing more Modern Warfare. I'm don't like how they alternate titles between different designers - it ends up feeling like two different titles. They should separate the two completely.

MW3 is still my fav COD game so I feel you on that. MW3 was just made so well....hard to beat IMO. Really they should have just made MW4 and sort of upgraded a few things but left the guns, hit ditections, perks, killstreaks and playlist ALL the same!


Still, I like Ghost. I suggest playing Blitz, it's starting to become more competitive and alot of Dom players have switched to it. I heard they are bringing back HardPoint soon.


Extinction is terrible. They added it to compete with zombies a bit but it is rather lame.

This game is kind of awful thus far. Tons of spawn trapping/dying. I never know where I'm taking fire from. I end up dead without ever seeing the enemy like 75% of the time. It seems like it takes me 5 shots to kill a guy and 1 shot to die.

I'm sure it will grow on me as I level up and figure out some of the nuances, but right now it's not a lot of fun.

I hardly go online anymore for those exact reasons. One shot kills me, I empty an entire clip into someone and they come up and knife me. Super frustrating.

I heard the battlefield launch was a total disaster. Tons of bugs, etc. Did they work all of that out?

i have no idea what you are talking about. Game is epic.

i have both and they are both fun. I suck horrible online but I like them

EA Sports came out and acknowledged that things were going badly, and that they were refocusing all of their developing efforts on patching bugs.

Is there a hardcore online mode for this edition of Call of Duty?

Yes. But I never play Hardcore so I haven't given it a go.

You should. When you shoot someone, they die.

It'll grow on you. Took me awhile to get used to it. I like spawn killing people. Yep, I'm that guy that spawn kills you. lol.....I love it so far.
