Default Broncos OT Chris Clark ready for DeMarcus Ware, Cowboys star pass rusher and all-time sack leader

He will be lining up at right defensive end wearing a white uniform and Cowboys blue No. 94.

He will be large at 6-foot-4, 258 pounds, and he will be fast, having run the 40-yard dash in 4.53 seconds during a combine test before his rookie season. Let's put those numbers together again — 6-4, 258, 4.5. They add up to freaky.

He has the durability of iron, having never missed one of the 132 games his Dallas Cowboys have played since he entered the league in 2005 as a man of Troy, as the No. 11 overall draft pick.

This will be a good test for Clark. It could make or break his confidence.

    And he ain't runnin' a 4.5 anymore.
I'm sure Clark will get help when needed, Broncos know Ware's coming lol.
If anything, Peyton will use Ware's aggressiveness to burn them.

I think we've seen Ware's better days but Clark and Franklin played well.

Clark dominated Ware to the point where the Cowboys had to move him around to try to get pressure. This offensive line is dominating. Having a QB that gets the ball out in less than 2 seconds most of the time helps more than anything.

Clark could be a very nice trade chip after the season

The entire line is playing great even though they lost their best player and are on the third center. Manning is the least sacked QB in the league right now. He is also 6th in pass attempts. A lot of that is Manning reading defenses and getting the ball out, but the o-line has done their job. Good to see.

Ware was actually moved to LDE during the game to face Franklin because he was getting nowhere with Clark.

I was concerned that there would be a drop off and so far he's been good.

Very impressed with Clark. As Manning has already stated, getting the bulk of the work early in camp is paying off huge right now.
