thanks tubby. I just rode 33 miles and my knee is stiff. this has been a recurring thing. hurts on the inside part of the knee. ICL I guess, huh? I took a tylenol and I think it might be looseing up. I have to bowl in 3.5 hours. I feel like a professional athlete. I might have to call the team captain and tell him my situation.
