I didnt really think it represented Raiders as much as it represented a hardcore alcoholic beverage. But I wasnt allowed to keep the one I originally changed to yesterday, so I grabbed this one.

Well I have this wife and these kids and this thing called a life that I like to share with them. It's a burden and keeps me from meditating with my spiked shoes on...but I have to throw them a bone from time to time.

oh, so you are saying that you have a fuller life than I. Ok, coach, very good.

The problem I am having here with all of this advice is that I have a young dog, and all of these chemicals can't be good for him.

that's why I stress the elbow work, part of the reason anyway. sure, I spray, but I dont' expect the spray to do all the work like a lot of people seem to. and it won't. Like a lot of things, you get out of it what you put into it
