This Utah State-Utah game ended up being pretty darn interesting.

23-14 Utah State with 9 to play in the third.

They seem like they have a good rivalry. Last year they had one of the top 25 games.

Got to catch the 2nd half of the Ole Miss/Vandy game. What a half. Ole Miss has the potential to be a huge sleeper and play the spoiler for some highly ranked teams if their not careful. Texas, Bama, LSU, and the Aggies. They've got a nice mix of young talent there at a number of positions. Robert Nkemdiche is a brute. Big and thick. He had his man on skates what seemed like every snap. Just driving his man back in the pocket.

That game was loaded with WR talent.... Jordan Matthews, Chris Boyd (not sure what his future holds being indicted in a rape case), Donte Moncrief, and the super Fresh. for Ole Miss Laquon Treadwell who looks to be the real deal. Fun to watch. Hard to believe some of these kids are just all of 18 years old. They have some bright futures if they keep their head on straight.

Must of been really hot in Columbia last night? Good win out of the gate for the Gamecocks, the run game looks solid.

There's rumors running around that Clowney has had the flu this week, and that's why he was gassed. I was watching the Tim Brando show at lunch (although it wasn't Tim Brando, I'm not sure who it was as Brando is traveling for tomorrow).

    95 and humid as hell.

Really excited about the OLine this year. We've finally got some hogs up front all along the line, comparing them to past OLines here, with some junk in the trunk and some solid depth. Something we haven't had in awhile. I love the way Mike Davis runs. North/south, keeps his feet churning, and fights for that extra yard. He runs like his job is on the line.

Makes sense......having the flu in that kinda of heat sucks big time. He gets my respect for just trying to play.

Saw the highlights....good for them. I knew a lot of folks back in Minot who were big NDSU fans and alumni.

Horse collar went from having to grab inside the shoulder pad to pulling the jersey from behind.

West Virginia trailing William and Mary (yes, both of them) by 17-10 in the third quarter.

Texas A (no Manziel) tied with Rice 14-14 in the second.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.
