Poached. I love a good poached egg. I like a poached egg over toast. Although, not much beats a good deviled egg.

Yes, you have to use a dash of vinegar. I think Zam taught me that one. Also, you need to swirl the water as you drop it in. My success rate is probably only about 33%.

yeah that's the problem.Many a weekend I'll wake up hell bent to make them then the creeping thought of failing reverts me to over easy on toast.
