Default The good news out of Denver...

The good news out of Denver this evening, half way thru the preseason schedule, is that the team is not peaking early, something that has hurt a lot of early frontrunners in the past.

That is a very good point. Plenty of competitive teams had a terrible pre-season.

Broncos fans should be encouraged by Bo's positive thread.

Never! What's your favorite style of egg? That's a tough question for me.

Poached. I love a good poached egg. I like a poached egg over toast. Although, not much beats a good deviled egg.

We're like twins! I LOVE poached. Tough to make though, do you just do the water with vinegar method?

Yes, you have to use a dash of vinegar. I think Zam taught me that one. Also, you need to swirl the water as you drop it in. My success rate is probably only about 33%.

yeah that's the problem. Many a weekend I'll wake up hell bent to make them then the creeping thought of failing reverts me to over easy on toast.
