Over easy on toast is divine. Cswil thinks eggs are gross though.

On the subject of poached eggs, they sell these silicone things that float on the water to use as an alternative to dropping them in with vinegar that work pretty well--and eliminate the stringy stuff.

Might be cheating, but I like them. Makes for a tidy shape for home benedicts.

Anyway, now that the egg troll has been discpatched, I have a hard time making soft boiled eggs. Most times, I put the eggs in the boiling water the shell opens up and stuff spurts out! I found this http://www.eatliverun.com/how-to-mak...eggs-soldiers/ and she has given me confidence to try again.
