Interesting. It would be awesome if we could trade any of the bottom 3. I think Blake and Carter still make it. Unless Carter just crappy after the injury. Is he? I haven't really seen his name anywhere. I don't know the exact rules, but I think Blake can get picked up by another team if we try and get him on the practice squad. I think that someone would want him. I'm still hoping he pans out as at least a solid back up. I could easily see Jammer and Adams cut, from what I've been hearing from camp.Originally Posted by Traveler

I think it's possible we lose another RB. DE Jeremy Beal may be gone if he's having a really bad camp. That's all I can really think of right now.

Agree that Beal might not make it. Same for Lance Ball and surprisingly Steven Johnson. Lerentee McCray is my guess for the only CFA to make the final roster.
As for the TE's, Welker makes one of them expendable. Tamme or Green. Only way I see Green staying is Tamme's contract expires after this season and the team might want to keep one of their own. But with Green reportedly not having a good camp, the team might look to try to move him since he's so young. We'll see how it plays out. In any case, I only see 3 TE's making the final roster.
My guess is the team might try to get Blake through waivers and assign him to the PS, but wouldn't be too upset if someone else claimed him. Don't think many folks remember that Blake is overaged. IIRC, he was 27 years old when we drafted him.

I don't think Webster (3rd round pick) would survive a second on the PS. Put Webster on the active roster and move Robinson to the PS. I'd also drop McDuffie and add Orton to the active roster, based on TC reports.

I would expect McDuffie to go to PS, and Robinson to stay on the team. That would open up another spot.

Dysert would never make it the practice squad because some team would claim him before he cleared waivers.

I agree with LCT, carter may go because of injury issues but they may drop green as well and add another special teams person such as ball or another rookie.

Don't see us cutting three safeties. I'd exptect to see one of Jammer or Carter retained. Mike Adams is redundant at this point if Nacho and Bruton continue to develop
