i don't know, nut-- i'm not so sure you're right about that, got any proof? a lot of NBA stars stop dunking in-game by the time they hit about thirty. . . that obviously doesn't mean they can't still do it against an open rim, but i wouldn't say many of them can still do it at twice that age. . . most people lose the bounce in their legs a lot earlier in life than that. . .

I don't have proof, I'm just saying that 63 isn't that old for a black athlete these days.

Doc has kept himself in great shape. My Dad is 6'4" and white and could still dunk into his 50's. He's in his mid-60's now and has since had a hip replaced, but me and him will still go out and school my kids to death on the court.

At 6'6 you don't have to jump too high to throw it down. As long as his body is still in relatively good health, I don't see why he couldn't.

Dammit, I really wish the NBA would farm that doc out to one of their more mainstream partners.

    That's because you're not 63. I'm nearly 6'6" (6'5½"), and I couldn't do it anymore
at 63, and I was in pretty good shape - still am, and I can still play some pretty
good ball, but I still can't dunk.

Well Dr J. was probably blessed with a bit more athleticism in his life than you as well.

But damn, had no clue you were that tall.

I could dunk when I was 25. I'm 41 now and I can't even touch the rim any more.
