I heard PM yelling this all the time last season during the snap count. What is the meaning and intent? Is it a substitute for "hut, hut" or something?

With PFM, it's hard to tell what anything he says at the line means. He has said himself in the past that half the stuff he yells is just jibberish to throw off the defense.
I thought maybe PM had to go potty real bad!
It likely means different things vs. different opponents at different times in the game. He's the master of changing cadence and audibles.
It means get your butt set at the LOS so the defense doesn't have time to adjust to our formation.
Imho, it was typically only used inside of 10 seconds on the play clock to let the line know to get ready for the snap in among the rest of the signals he calls - changing plays, coverages, BS for the defense, etc.
Also, a couple of times Os played he called out Hurry, Hurry in the same cadence as Peyton. I thought that showed an attention to detail that was pretty impressive.
No one knows. Not even the NSA. PFM runs a tight ship.
If he's yelling it after the huddle breaks but before the team lines up, it's probably an instruction to cancel any motion/shifting and line up in what would be the finished formation.

Nah it means to hike. When they line up he gets them set then says the hut hut, part. The hurry hurry means that the next time he says hut or hike is for real and the c needs to snap the ball. It means to snap the ball. Everything the center hears before that, all the hikes and huts, are not real until he calls out hurry hurry.
The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
