Of course he is going to slide a little, this is the first year in which people started to point out his age more and more as his play declined. The mere fact that he is within a 10 point margin shows the respect other players have for him and his skills, no matter how much on the decline.
The fact that he got beat for two LONG TDs on national TV during the playoffs, alone, would make Bailey drop. I'm sure that the QB for Baltimore rises. It's always going to be what people remember for the most recent events. THIS season is what they are ranking the players on, not careers.

He may have lost a step, but he's still fast. He had 4.28 speed coming out of college. I'll bet he's still in the low 4.4 range.
