    Default Nick Barnett?

The bills have just released him would you be opposed to the signing? I believe he might be able to be a starting linebacker for the broncos for the next 4-6 years. I'm pretty sure he can transition to middle linebacker as well he had 112 tackles last year and 3 forced fumbles.

    No.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

I think he may be over the hill or close to it. It would depend on the money and EF's evaluation on how much he has left in the tank.

You have ask why did a team release a player? For the most part I try to stay away from assuming that a player can transition to a different position.

I always wonder the same thing. He was also released from Green Bay.
I think that would help with a price tag. I think he would probably be better than Mays, and at a cheaper price. He's still putting up good numbers.
