    Ryan Swope, WR, Texas A&M
    Height: 6-1. Weight: 206.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.55.
    Projected Round (2012): 2-4.
1/12/13: Swope had a disappointing start to the season with little production in the first three games. He bounced back with a big day against Arkansas and played well versus LSU.

Swope had massive games against Auburn (6-140), Mississippi State (9-121) and Alabama (11-111). The Crimson Tide defense really struggled to defend him downfield. He finished his career with a good outing against Oklahoma (8-104). The senior totaled 72 receptions for 913 yards and eight touchdowns in 2012.

Swope is very much in the Wes Welker mold and could be a dangerous slot receiver in the NFL

Skill-Set Summary: If you like Green Bay Packers receiver Jordy Nelson, then you probably will like Swope. They have a similar style and are tough on defensive backs with their quickness. Swope has decent size, but his underrated speed makes him extremely swift in and out of his breaks. His sudden quickness takes defenses by surprise. He is very dangerous after he makes a catch and is capable of taking short passes downfield for big gains. He had a number of long touchdown catches, so he has deep speed to burn secondaries.

An underrated prospect, Swope could be a nice complementary receiver in the NFL. He has starting potential as a No. 2 receiver and should be an effective wideout at the next level. Another pro comparison that some make for Swope is Wes Welker. Swope could be a slot receiver in the NFL.

    Chad Bumphis, WR, Mississippi State
    Height: 5-10. Weight: 200.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.49.
    Projected Round (2013): 5-7.
1/12/13: Bumphis caught 58 passes for 922 yards and 12 touchdowns this year. He could be nice Day 3 value pick.

8/17/12: Bumphis was Mississippi State's leading receiver and punt returner in 2010. He caught 44 passes for 634 yards and five scores. Bumphis also led the Bulldogs as a freshman with 32 receptions and 131 yards.

The junior only had 25 catches for 339 yards and three touchdowns last season. Bumphis was significantly limited by poor quarterback play

I sincerely hope this is just warming up. You can do far better than Swope if you want a WR. But Broncos fans like their honky WR's.......

    Shawn Williams, S, Georgia
    Height: 6-1. Weight: 217.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.60.
    Projected Round (2013): 2-3.
12/15/12: Williams has 87 tackles, 5.5 tackles for a loss, one forced fumble and four passes broken up this year. He's been a solid defender for Georgia in run and pass defense, but hasn't produced any splash plays. Williams was unimpressive in the SEC Championship loss to Alabama.

9/2/12: Williams is a tough, physical safety that also has some quickness and ball skills. He broke into the starting lineup as a junior in 2011. He led the team with 72 tackles while also recording four interceptions, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries and six passes broken up.

    Phillip Thomas, S, Fresno State
    Height: 6-1. Weight: 215.
    Projected 40 Time: 4.60.
    Projected Round (2013): 3-4.
12/15/12: Thomas leads the nation with eight interceptions. He had three picks against Colorado, returning two of them for touchdowns. Thomas also has recorded 82 tackles, 12 tackles for a loss, four passes broken up and four forced fumbles. He has really put himself on the map with his big plays and is making up for lost time.

Thomas took a medical redshirt last year and missed the entire season after breaking a leg and dislocating an ankle three days before the first game. He had 64 tackles and three interceptions

    Brian Winters, OT, Kent State
    Height: 6-6. Weight: 294.
    Projected 40 Time: 5.25.
    Projected Round (2013): 3-5.
1/5/13: Winters had a dominant senior season for Kent State and has raised his profile for the NFL. He's been an All-Conference selection since his sophomore season. Winters has accepted an invitation to the Senior Bowl and that will be a big test for him against better competition. He needs to add weight for the NFL.

Serious question...has Denver ever drafted a player they had an official meeting with at the Senior Bowl?

These interviews seem like deflection more than anything...
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

George Foster and Robert Ayers IIRC. I don't recall who they met last year or the year before but I wouldn't be surprise if they had met one or two of them.
