Steve Spagnuolo, Ken Flajole released by New Orleans Saints

"I personally want to thank Steve and Ken for their contributions during what was an unprecedented 2012 season," Saints coach Sean Payton said. "Philosophically we are changing our defense to a 3-4 alignment and right now is the best time to accomplish this transition."

changing to a 30 front isn't going to help unless they actually get some good defensive players for once. . .

No shocker there. When you have the worst defense in NFL history some heads are going to roll.
