I don't get it. Maybe I'm not supposed to.

If Rahim Moore makes that play and we assume the Ravens don't score in the final 30 seconds from 70 yards away, isn't this Manning bashing a moot point?

I thought Manning played a good game. Not great, but certainly good enough and certainly not enough to blame him or say he choked.

The Ravens played 2 deep safeties ALL GAME!!! Their game plan was to give Manning the short to intermediate routes and then hope to stiffen in the red zone. They thought that if they could hold us to field goals it would give them their best chance to win. The Ravens offensive game plan was to go deep and try to win with big play TD's.

Ed Reed and Bernard Pollard were barely mentioned in the game, because they were playing 20-30 yards from the line of scrimmage!

Peyton Manning didn't choke... Peyton Manning didn't lose the game... Peyton Manning is being unfairly scrutinized because Rahim Moore and overall the defense shit the bed.

Everyone will always twist the argument to benefit their player or team. I have a friend that is a Giants fan that says Eli is better than Peyton because he has more rings. So I ask if Eli is better than Marino or as good as Elway and he cant say shit. Brady is a future HoFer that benefitted from being able to use his talent with great supporting casts. Peyton rarely had that. Elway rarely had that.

Peyton threw ONE bad pass Saturday. A pass he shouldnt have had to make

    OP makes good points.

Oh wait, no he doesn't. OP is lazy. Can't print out full words or use proper punctuation. Happy that his team tanked it for a year to draft the 3rd best quarterback in last years draft.

What have your Colts done lately? Shut up already. Russell Wilson has Luck beat in every stat in the game. Are you guys EVER going to put together an NFL defense? I mean seriously...Peyton played his entire career there with scrubs on the other side of the ball. Look at your back yard before coming into ours.

He took your sorry ass team and made them somebody in the NFL. No Peyton Manning and the Colts would still suck like they did before he got there. Shut up and know your history. FFS.

How was your defense those years? Keep in ******* mind all those losses were with your team who couldn't put a defense together even with Freeney and Mathis on the squad.

Although Rahim Moore f***ed up and allowed the TD, Peyton Manning did choke after that because he failed to lead the Broncos to victory during the overtimes and then threw the horrible pick that allowed the Ravens to lose.

That may be true, but he also didn't make the plays he needed to make to win the game in overtime like super star QBs do in the playoffs. BTW, his pass wasn't bad, it was a HORRIBLE pass and decision.

Peyton Manning clearly is an Elite, super star QB during the regular season, but he is only an above-average to good QB during the playoffs.

Who has a nearly identical playoff record as Tom Brady and more Super Bowls than Tom Brady in the last six years...
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

I don't think that anyone is questioning that Manning is the better QB right now, but Luck clearly is the better QB going forward long term.
