I'd like to know what he thinks the teams biggest needs are going into free agency & the draft

What are the teams biggest needs coming into the draft? What are some positions/players that catch his eye?

From me, just tell him thanks. Sincerely. Thanks for a 13-3 season and doing his best to return this great franchise to relevance. Losing always sucks, but it's water under the bridge now. I still support him and think he's a great coach.

hahahaha....that's what I was thinking....however its the Pro Bowl were everyone is relaxed, smiling & having a good time with their families etc.

Not sure which John's favorite drink is, but this one is mine...hahaha
