    he was dumb to trade two first rounders to Boston for a soft player like Phil Kessel but he got the better of the B's on the Tomas Kaberle trade.

    The rumour on the Toronto sites is the owership wants Luongo and he refused to make the trade so they fired him.

    The Kessel trade was awesome for Boston

    That guy was like the Jerry Jones of hockey...had his hands in everything and micromanaged the whole organization. The Leafs are better off without him.

    His signing of Komisarek has turned out badly for Toronto but he should be commended for not wanting Luongo and that horrible contract.

    But it looks like Toronto will work that trade now that he's out of the way.

    A lot of signings have been bad for Toronto...Monster is another big name signing that tanked.
