Default Some thoughts on the android app

Hi tned, I recently got an android tablet and I have some thoughts on some things I've noticed that are missing.

First of all is the preview post option. I really like to use that feature if I have a picture or have formatted my post a certain way.

Second is the option to view my subscribed posts and mile high salutes.

Third, search function for searching forums and posts of individual posters.

These are all minor issues and for the most part I really enjoy the app. If those are things you can't change I understand but if they are easy fixes they would be welcome.

I got a Nexus 7 for Christmas and I tried this app. I still like the real page much better even on a tablet.

    Thanks MasterShake!!!

vBulletin has really dropped the ball on the mobile app, in my opinion. Supposedly, the next update that is well over six months past due, is supposed to add features, but we shall see.

For now, I suggest the Forum Runner app, which I think is better. You can give a high five with it (labeled thanks), but you can't give or view MHS/CP.

I just stick with the web version on my tablet.

Which, I might add, was recently upgraded from my generic LePan to the Nexus 7. Pretty sweet.

Yep that's what I'm doing now. Figured I'd give the app a chance but this is much better.

On my iPhone I always use the mobile app for browsing and posting on gameday, but I switch to the browser for checking messages, CP, etc. Once the app is all integrated better I'd prefer to use that on mobile.

Check out the Forum Runner app. There is a free one you can try that doesn't let you post, but let's you view posts and get a feel for it.

Forum runner is nice if chrome isn't an option, and you can find it on 4 share.

It's disappointing none of the apps are capable of MHS.

Agreed. Hopefully, when/if vBulletin ever releases their next version it will be included.
