    Default No longer an entrepreneur

For the past seven years, I’ve had two main clients. One revolves around the construction industry here in California, the other is the State of California. Since both seemed to be short on cash recently, I finally decided to close down the corporation. Generally –the entire closing process sucked.

I had several offers but decided that I did not want to go back into the petroleum industry in any format. So after 8 hours of interviews, I got my dream gig. I’m the new engineering manager for the largest caviar/sturgeon producer in America. I minored in aquaculture in college and have been following this company for decades. I’m very excited. Wish me luck.

That being said, I’ve never had caviar (just the vodka). Any insights on the king's berry would be appreciated.

Speaking of vodka, has anyone here tried Titos?

Congrats and good luck in the new job.

Yes, I buy Tito's on a regular basis. Pretty damn good for the price.

I geologist buddy of mine in NM recommended it. I don't always drink vodka, but when I do, I prefer Titos.

The funny thing is that I probably would have a hard time wiring a house right now. The utility industry and especially Subs is so different that it's basically an entirely seperate trade.

Thanks.* I wouldn't call it success yet, but I'm happy to have slipped out of one job that I loved into the job I've always wanted.* I'm an extremely luck man.

So who here can tell me about caviar?
