Maybe he can share a jail cell with the Cowboys DB that plowed into a Good Samaritan that was assisting a car fire victim and killed him. The Cowboy was driving too fast on his way home from a strip club.

What's bad is the NFL has a program where any intoxicated players can call a hotline and someone will go pick them up and take them home.

I heard that the players association discontinued that program because no one used it.

The union fought to disband it and won. They claimed it was unfair to the players because use of the program could be used against them.

    Idiots.

Alcohol. Thats all you have to say. Alcohol kills and yet it is glorified every Sunday during football games in TV commercials. Im not knocking "responsible" drinking(an oxymoron if ever there was one).
This dude already had one DUI and now he kills someone? This piece of shit should never step on to an NFL field ever again and should do 40+ years in jail.

Dwayne Goodrich was his name. Here's his wiki:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dwayne_Goodrich

Here's a story about his release from prison:

    http://espn.go.com/dallas/nfl/story/...tragic-mistake

Doesn't tell you everything about the circumstances but he's another example why you don't drive drunk.
