I just have no use for 90% of movies, and pretty much everything pre 1990'ish got filtered out automatically. I'd really prefer an analogy that reflects my elitism.

I think this can be locked and black-holed.

I was thinking about this earlier.

My 12 year old daughter has seen:

    1. All Three Back To The Future Movies
    2. 5 of the 6 Star Wars Movies
    3. Hoosiers
    4. Rudy
    5. Field of Dreams

All of these have been mentioned this afternoon.

    She's also seen

    6. Ferris Bueller's Day Off -- Another classic. I presume Buff hasn't seen it because he's a loser
    7. Better Off Dead -- brilliant comedy. Theater of the absurd.

There's a bunch I have yet to show her because we've got to stay age appropriate, but geez Buff, your parents really let you down.

    I want my $2!!!
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

NTL just called out Buff's parents.

Damn. I have it on good authority that NTL almost called them out for Buff's toothy gap, too.

My favorite 5 Sci-Fi movies, in no particular order:

Star Wars: Return of the Jedi
    Stargate
    Interstellar
Star Trek (the new one directed by J.J. Abrams)
    The Dark Knight

    2001?

    Contact?

    Alien/Aliens? (the first two)

Just off the top of my head, I would put those above 3-4 of the ones on your list.
