The shirt you quoted above was from Nike and part of the Air Force One campaign to sell the shoes to women. I googled it. There was a big online backlash to that movie. I thought it was okay. I personally wanted more Hardy, because he's one of my favorite actors. It was fine.

For Mad Max the feminist agenda was part of what made it awesome. The female characters were fantastic and ran the gamut of character types. Furiosa for President.

The event was sponsored by Nike, and involved an all-girls school. It was something about women wanting to get into film/media. Nike makes Air Force Ones. The director of the movie wore the shirt, but wasn't there to pimp the movies.

He was a war hero and taught at Harvard. He was a man's man and believed in capitalism and running a meritocracy as fairly as possible.
