It's crazy to think Harrison was 35 during the filming of A New Hope. I don't have a problem with how Alden Ehreneich looks, but his voice doesn't quite have the same cadence as Fords. Crazy thing there already WAS a great young Harrison Ford in the movie Age of Adaline played by Anthony Ingruber:

You thought that the Luke-Leia kiss was bad due to what would be reveled in Return of the Jedi, wait until you see the deleted scene of what almost happened right before.

All in all, I think the made the right decision to delete all of these scenes.

Well I've had a chance to stew on the Last Jedi for a while so it's time for UPDATED RANKINGS just in time for May the Fourth

    My PERSONAL rankings:

    1. The Empire Strikes Back (I doubt this will ever be dethroned)
    2. A New Hope
    3. Revenge of the Sith
    4. Rogue One
    5. Return of the Jedi
    6. The Last Jedi
    7. The Phantom Menace
    8. Attack of the Clones
    9. The Force Awakens

Really hoping Solo: A Star Wars Story surprises me like Rogue One did. Picked up my tickets this morning for the May 25th Show at 7PM at the Alamo Drafthouse.

I did! #7 on my list for the final battle and soundtrack alone. I guess I REALLY don't care for The Force Awakens though I thought it was an ok movie.

That isn't a star wars movie, I don't know what it was, but we will continue to assume it does not exist.

Cool to see Rogue One so high on some peoples lists lately. I remember seeing that in the theater and loving the whole space battle where they added in the old footage.

It wasn't bad. The saber battles were good with Darth Maul.

Better than Attack of the Clones.

It would have been that high for Vader at the end. That alone put it up there.

My poor daughter though, she left the theater pretty emotionally scarred. She was rather upset about the robot. All I heard at that scene was a quiet "aww... I liked him"

I believe so yes...that movie was unlikable. Jake from state farm Lloyd almost ruined the franchise, he sounded hideous.
