I used to love it--it was can't miss TV. But then it dried up for a spell pretty hard. I think I never returned and maybe I'm missing out.

It just goes in cycles. Being a Gen X'er I was convinced for the longest time that NOTHING would beat the Adam Sandler/Farley/Spade years, then Will Ferrell and others slowly won me over then the next thing I knew I would randomly catch episodes here and there with every new cast and always find at least one or two worthy skits per episode. For a show that's been on almost 50 years now, that is a pretty good ratio.

To be fair though, its easy for me because I just DVR it and only really watch if I am into the host or musical guest, so its easy to fast forward through the crap or just wait for social media to tell me which skits to watch. I do miss being in High School and staying up watching it "Live" then watching Mystery Science Theater, Kids in the Hall, or Adult Swim on that wonderful stretch Comedy Central had when it first started. I probably should have gotten out more as a teen and got laid, but whatever.

It is one of the few TV shows I own the complete set of because its so hard to find in syndication. Still watch it quite a bit and was lucky enough to see them live a few times.

Just subscribed to Disney + on Friday.
Watched the first 4 episodes of The Mandolorian.
I didn't realize that the episodes were only 30 minutes.
    I liked it.
It's got an "old time" Star Wars feel to it.

I've ranked the very final best and worst Star Wars movies of all time. Never mind spinoff movies.

    1. The Empire Strikes Back (Best of all)

    2. A New Hope

    3. Revenge of the Sith

    4. Return of the Jedi

    5. The Rise of Skywalker

    6. The Force Awakens

    7. Attack of the Clones

    8. The Last Jedi

    9. The Phantom Menace

So, not a movie, but Jedi Fallen Order might be Star Wars at it's finest. God I love that game so far.

Knights of the Old Republic is still cream of the crop.
