Agreed. Rey should've been a Kenobi. I can see Obi-Wan in her by doing the Jedi mind tricks.

I was disappointed because they didn't include deleted scenes in features. Maybe Blu-Ray/4K DVDs have it?

Yes the physical copies will definitely have it. This was a surprise release as part of all the Coronavirus shit ins. Isually the digital release is staggered a few weeks before BluRay but I don’t think there’s even a release date yet.

What moment hit you hardest? in Star Wars: "The Rise of Skywalker?"

    1. Chewbacca's reaction to Leia's death. I felt this was the most emotional scene of the entire movie.

    2. R2 D2's reaction to Leia's Death.

    3. Rey travels to Tatooine to visit Luke Skywalker's home and bury their Lightsabers. She is visited by their Force Ghosts of Luke Skywalker & Leia. Rey told the Tatooine Elder that "I am Rey.... Rey Skywalker."

    4. Han Solo's quote. "I know."

I think Leia fading away was well done. I wouldn't say it hit me hard, but they did a good job of integrating her into the movie that I forgot she had died in real life while watching until that point.

Really good overview of the script that never was. Love the humor in this. Would it have been a better movie? Who knows. I like the Luke haunting Kylo stuff, though:

Holy shit... I love Star Wars but man do we have toxic fans. Not everyone needs to ALIGN with an opinion. That is called a cult.

Star Wars was precious to me. Now it's just a rotted corpse. Disney ****ing wrecked something that was beautiful and timeless. I understand people's outrage but I'm over it.

Thats a much healthier attitude than beating a dead horse for years! Some people still bitch about the prequels. Hell, some people still bitch about Ewoks... move on and just keep what you like. There is plenty of content!

I think like most, my preference is for the original 3 episodes, but I've found plenty of enjoyment in the off shoots to be able to ignore some of the poor offerings from Disney. Mandolorian, Rebels, Clone Wars are all very well written, so I can be content with the "other" stories enough to stay interested.
