Ok, division game Broncos, you gotta get serious now and start playing to your true potential.

Lets make Phillip Rivers make that stupid face he makes when he is Aghast (you know which one that is).

Given the rest of our schedule, I wouldn't call this a MUST win. Definitely a big game, but losing wouldn't cripple our season. After this week, the only game we should be an underdog in the rest of the season is against Baltimore, and with all of their defensive injuries, that's not looking quite as daunting.

Porter is out. Too sick to make the flight to San Diego.

I hope our offense starts fast, puts the Chargers behind from the beginning. Beat the Chargers and take the division lead into the bye.

What would a loss to the Chargers mean?

1) We fall 2 games behind the Chargers for the division with 10 games to go.

2) The Chargers would not only be half way to sweeping us, but the entire division as well. This would give them the inside track for the tie breaker; making us as good as 3 games behind them with 10 to go.

3) We’d be 0-3 against teams that will probably be making the play-offs. I would have said 0-4 before the Patriots losing to the Seahawks today. It’s not that I think that the Seahawks are that bad, nor would I say that I think that the Patriots are not going to make the play-offs, it’s that they just don’t seem like a sure shot at anything this year.

4) We would be 1 game behind 4 teams (Jets, Bill, Dolphins & Bengals), ½ game behind the Steelers & Colts, for the 2 wildcard spots. At least we do have the tie Break against the Steelers.

Good luck tonight Bronco fans. Should be a good game and I'm looking forward to the matchup. No injuries for either team and let's hope the officials are invisible. Enjoy.

Well, that MAY be true. But I don't want to go into the Bye week on a 2 game losing streak. Especially if our record only puts us a game ahead of the hapless Raiders and Chiefs. Time to start separating out from the bottom feeders and make a push.
