Default Cross could be crucial clue in Jessica case

    UPDATE

WESTMINSTER - Investigators say a cross recovered during the Jessica Ridgeway investigation could become a key piece of evidence in locating her killer.

Police released several pictures of a wooden cross and asked the public for information about anyone seen with such cross or business that sells it.

Police Friday did not say where the 1-1/2 inch-by-1-inch cross with an offset horizontal bar was found or why it might be associated with the case.

that would be hard to match unless you have the photos with you. Those are fairly common crosses

More than likely, they are hoping that someone local tells them about a person they know, who had one of those. They are not saying, but I am thinking they found this cross real close to where Jessica's body was found.

my mom bought me one of those kind of crosses somewhere in CO for Christmas. Currently hangs in my pick-up around rearview mirror. I would hope they get some DNA or something off it.

This is what is on the DP site - they are looking for people to let them know where those crosses were sold.

"Police are also looking for a local business that may sell these specific crosses," according to the release issued by Materasso.

Anyone with information has been asked to call the Westminster Police tip line at 303-658-4336 or email PDamberalert@cityofwestminster.us.

Even if your Mom did not purchase it in the Denver area, maybe it came from a business who has different locations throughout Colorado.

I cant believe that this kid is only 17. Just amazing. He goes to school real close to my house too.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Do 17 year olds ever get the death penalty? Sure as hell hope so. If he is guilty, whats the point in keeping this worthless piece of shit alive?

What has this world come to? Child worshipping. Every kid gets a trophy...every kid is special...both parents work...kids are raised by daycare...kids arent responsible for anything...cant look at a kid the wrong way...cant discipline a kid...kids have this right or that right...

I could go on and on. At the end of the day kids are soft and the process began quite some time ago. Combine that with the sadism they are subjected to via media outlets by the earlier generation of degenerate kids and "this world" is the result. Period.

Colorado has only executed one person since 1977 and that was done in 1997. We have the death penalty and have three people on our death row, Nathan Dunlap (Chuck E. Cheese murderer) and two gang banger scumbags who killed witnesses to other murders they committed.

Very little chance this piece of shit is put down by the State of Colorado.
