I'm really enjoying this game. Just hope that they can keep the it going but it's nice to see the boys score and Varly back in net with "it" still.

Beautiful score....so nice to see the new kid get his frist ever goal and Guenin get his first goal of the season.....

Saw Lappy today....still one of my all time favorite players....happy for him but sad for me that he is so involved with the Flyers....just glad they treated him right.

In response to the scoring slumps of young centers Matt Duchene and Nathan MacKinnon, Avalanche coach Patrick Roy will tweak his lines for Friday's game against the Edmonton Oilers at Pepsi Center.

Duchene, riding an eight-game goals drought and having scored just twice in his last 13 games, will center left wing Gabe Landeskog and right wing Daniel Briere. MacKinnon, who has struck just once in 19 games, will play right wing with center John Mitchell and Max Talbot on the left side.

Duchene previously played with MacKinnon and Talbot, although Roy moved Talbot to the fourth line midway through Wednesday's 4-3 overtime win over Philadelphia.

"Let's try this and see how it goes," Roy said after a brief practice Thursday.

Come on guys....need to cut the penalties down....stop giving them so many chances.

Another great game....Varly played so well tonight...thank goodness. The Oilers were coming on strong in the end there. Love Matty and Alex shootout goals.

Was 12 rows off the ice tonight, P. Great game. Caught one of those parachute Tshirts and the blimp dropped a free burger thing on us too.

How fun was that!!!! It was a great game. So glad Varly is back, we really need him to be Varly if we have any hope of getting to the playoffs. I'm just glad I've gotten to watch some great games lately.

Wow less than a minute into the game and Iggy scores....Cool....

Well darn it didn't end as good as it started. They seemed to play pretty even but made too many mistakes....bummer

Wow Varly had 54 saves and beat the Black Hawks....glad to see MacKinnon get a goal and assist....man that kid is fast. Last year at the game my jaw dropped when I saw just how fast he went down the ice..... Hope they can use this to get back on track.
