As they mentioned during the call of the game, they said that it was a bit surprising that they had Jonas starting again tonight. The message was that last nights blowout was not on Jonas as much as it was the team not giving him any help. He came out and played well. Whole team did.

To an extent I am with that, however, Jonas is not ready imo. Also, we went against Toronto who can really light it up. Tonight we went against MTL who is very low scoring, like 2 goals a game.

Either way it was a good game. A minor scrum happened, otherwise good action and domination and PK. We should beat them and we did. Kadri had some amazing plays that did not result in goals (their goalie played really well). I LOVE that Kadri is Fire hot right now!

The two parties have been locked in a dispute that has blacked out Nuggets and Avalanche games for Front Range viewers for more than two years.

DENVER — Altitude Sports and Comcast have agreed to try mediation in an effort to end their long-running dispute that has kept Nuggets and Avalanche fans on the Front Range from watching most of those teams' games on TV for more than two years, according to an Altitude news release.

The release says attorneys for both parties appeared in federal court Thursday before Judge William J. Martinez for a status conference to update the court on developments in the case.

Before that status conference, representatives from Altitude reached out to Comcast to suggest mediation to reach a settlement that would be agreeable to both parties, the release says.

Avs lose in OT to possibly the worst call I've ever seen in any sports history.

They were called for too many men on the ice. At no point did they ever have too many men. Its all on video. What makes it worse is Nashville had 5 on the ice, and 4 (still too many men) when they blew the whistle and stopped play. Literally at no point did the avs have too many, proven by video review, and they get called for it and subsequently lose in OT because of it.

Worst call I've ever seen. There is not any room for judgment, interpretation or argument. Its like stopping the game because there is a walrus on the ice. Nope. No walruses. Weirdest call ever. Worst call ever.

How do you guys watch the Avs? Is there a streaming service/NHL package that shows live Avs games in Colorado?

I think altitude came to an agreement and the games are shown. I can PM you a link that I know of.
I have my own way of watching.

2-1 avs 1st intermission. We look great! We gave up a shorty on a lucky play. We should cruise to victory.
