Man...the Avs are screwing up very basic things. Second goal they allowed tonight against Edmonton Winnick was just letting the Edmonton player stand in front of the net and hammer away at the puck. Hockey 101...keep the front of the net clear. Winnick just cross checked the guy toward Varley a couple of times and called it good. Awful coaching and execution.

Had great time watching the game tonight. I forgot we had so many injuries and kept going who is that and that. I really enjoy watching Gigi, he just seems so calm. Hope they can keep it up with these next home games.

Colorado looks like they dont want to play. Somethings up in that organization, they arent that bad.

The last 10mins of action last night were awesome. Back and fourth, both squads with chances. Jiggys glove save on St. Lioue with a few mins left in the 3rd was the save of the game.

The line on the ice for the game winner on OT, Matty Ice-20 yrs old, Landy-19, and Elliot-20.

And he made that save look so easy, which is what made it look so great.

A friend of mine had 2 extra tickets for the Blues game. The tickets were in Will Call so I didn't know where the seats were. When we got there they were on row 8 across from the Blues bench.....wow. The game was great and view amazing....

Talk about luck in the other way. Ever since we got the money stolen out of checking account we've had some great things happen.....oh well....thanks for the Christmas magic.....

Coyotes have the Avs number, but hopefully they can rebound from that loss against one of the worst teams in the league.

Avalanche star forward Matt Duchene will be out of the lineup a minimum of four weeks because of a left knee injury, the team said Friday evening.

Duchene, 20, suffered the injury in the first period of Thursday's game with the Phoenix Coyotes, after getting his skate caught in a rut while checking Rostislav Klesla.

The Avs cautioned the four weeks is a minimum, and could be longer.
