I heard an interesting stat the other night about teams that have gone on to win the President's Trophy and have lost in the playoffs. Only four times in the last 20 years has the team that won the President's Trophy won the Cup - The 2000 Avs, the 2016 and 2017 Penguins, and the 2020 Lightning. That gives the Avs a 20% chance of winning the cup right this second, which are better odds than the other 15 teams in the playoffs who have a mathematical 6.25% chance of winning the Cup.

A little out of context, but what the hell.

I'm just excited to be able to watch a game tonight. I don't usually watch a lot of hockey, but will if available without doing anything questionable like others on this site.

Plus, I'm not sure anything is better than NHL playoffs.

I know a lot of big-time Avs fans. None of them illegally stream the games.

Neat. I do not illegally stream them either. Some people do illegally stream. Just look on any Avs FB posts. Some do not.

Right now the Avs's game is on NHL Network. Sure would have been nice if they would have scrolled that on NBCSN so people would know.

Altitude relaxed their blackout. So everyone should be able to see it anywhere. NBC showing almost all games as well.
