By the way, it should just be two hand touch on QBs. You can't go low and you can't go high. For some of these smaller or more mobile QB's that leaves a tiny window!

Pansy league. Schaub will think twice about dropping back and trying to Gogh deep when Mays is on the field.

So it's official - Mays suspended one game... Our LB corps keeps getting weaker and weaker.

Normally I'd agree, but when a 100 year old Keith Brooking is one of your backups, along with a completely unknown UFA I get a little nervous - especially considering LB was one of our weak spots to begin with.

Well, it's one game and we are playing the Raiders. As a practical matter, the game is already over.

Meh, we will sell-out to stop the run....like we did last week. Only the Raiders don't have Schaub or Johnson or Daniels or even Watlers.

It was a little helmet to helmet but he wasn't leading with his head. The hit certainly wasn't late. I think the helmet to helmet contact was incidental. If he gets suspended I'll be even more pissed at the NFL than I already am.

    It's official:

Denver Broncos linebacker Joe Mays has been suspended one game and fined $50,000 for his brutal hit of Houston Texans quarterback Matt Schaub on Sunday, according to NFL.com and NFL Network's Albert Breer.
