The Dodgers are actually on ESPN tonight after the football game.
I am shocked but you know why they are on. All Barry all the time

at least the Dodgers did not lose today
If Jake Peavy made 35 starts vs LA he would
go probably 31-4.. This team is back to sucking.

Dodgers' Playoff Hopes Dashed Following Acquisition Of Belly Itcher
LOS ANGELES–Trailing the first-place Arizona Diamondbacks by three games in the National League West, the Los Angeles Dodgers dealt their own playoff chances a major blow Monday when they acquired belly itcher Shane Lesko from the Montreal Expos. "They're done for," said an unnamed NL general manager following the deal. "The Dodgers could have put themselves in terrific position for the stretch run by signing one more pitcher, but instead, they go and sign this guy." The general manager called it the worst move since the New York Mets' June 10 trade of pitcher John Franco to the Houston Astros for a glass of water.
Startin' to come together boys. Startin' to come together.
Yeah, I have to give them credit. This was, far and away, the biggest 6-game stretch of the season and so far they're 4-1. Now they just need to follow it up with a good road trip (to Colorado and Arizona) and I'll start to believe they may actually pull this off.
Oh, did you guys notice Tomko's line last night? 6 innings, 4 hits, 0 runs. Did that stiff ever have a game like that for us during his nearly two seasons here?
Tomko is still a bum. One good start is pure luck IMO
They had to go and let us down today..
also notice it seems like Philly and Sd are on fire as well
oh well. That 3-13 stretch in July early August is gonna cost us the
playoffs. hey at least we aint the Devil Rays or Orioles, it could be much much worse. Still hoping for a 10-3 finish as I think that is our only chance to get in.
After yesterday's doubleheader sweep, it's time to officially cue up Dandy Don Meredith, IMHO:
"Turn out the lights, the season's over,
They say that all good things must end."
