Probably for leverage like Wade last year.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

The Milwaukee Bucks reportedly were down to two candidates for their vacant general manager job: The in-house hire of Bucks assistant GM Justin Zanik, and bringing in the Nuggets assistant GM Arturas Karnisovas.

Denver doesn’t want to lose Karnisovas and reportedly has made a move to keep him, reports Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical at Yahoo Sports.

i hope so. . . i certainly think he has the ability. . . i'm very curious as to where they plan to play him next year. . . are they going to start him at the point, or is a hybrid role his future?

Rumors flying. Jimmy Butler, Eric Bledsoe and others. Nuggets seem to want to trade the pick.

Which one is the wrong move, I feel like thats probably what we will end up doing
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

Lol. I'm not sure about what they'd have to give up to get Butler, but Butler-Jokic would be a decent combo and Butler is a defensive-minded player which they don't have. I'd hope they wouldn't include Murray in that, but they might have to.

Bledsoe you have to give up a lot less.

Butler-Jokic would be a decent combo? Decent? That would be, essentially, an unfathomable embarrassment of riches for this franchise in the post-Carmelo era.

Well, yeah, compared to former Denver teams since Melo-Billups. But, is that team better than a sixth seed in the West?

a six seed IS unimaginable riches for the poor broke-down nuggies. . . we apparently just traded our first rounder for trey lyles, a scrub backup power forward with the jazz. . . this front office is devoid of any type of inspiration. . . i understand it's just the nature of the NBA that 25 of the 30 teams don't matter, but it's depressing watching us re-arrange the titanic's deck chairs for another year. . .

    That trade is disappointing.
