He was still trying to shoot the ball, was he not? I don't think it was a dirty play. If he would have popped right up it never would have been called a flagrant.

Good game so far, the Nuggets are clearly getting outplayed. Deron Williams is a beast. I think the lack of depth for the Jazz will become a factor in the 2nd half.

But he didn't get right back up, because he was grabbed by the arm and pulled down while airborne which caused him to come down awkwardly...not sure if it was intentional, but it was definitely dangerous.

I agree. I don't think it was intentional. I just think Melo was going to make him earn it at the line. Deron Williams is killing us tonight.

Nugs look like complete shit tonight so far

The difference between the last play and the phantom flagrant foul...Melo wasn't playiing ole defense like Williams.

You take it to the basket in the playoffs don't act like a bitch. That was a terrible call earlier and a performance worthy of Italian soccer players.

It was a terrible call because it clearly wasn't intentional. It was a terrible call no matter how you look at it. A foul, yes, but flagrant, absolutely not.

If the play in the first half was flagrant the foul on Lawson was.
