Unbelievable - Nuggets only had 7 players available tonight, and they just won at Utah, 98-95.

Thanks to MasterShake for my great signature
    Rest in Peace - Demaryius (88) - Darrent (27) - Damien (29) - Kenny (11)
    #7 - JOHN - #44 - FLOYD - #80 - ROD

well that's just flat retarded. . . it's jrue holliday, not klay effing thompson. . .

i hope for beasley's sake that he gets more minutes in minnesota, but it will pain me if he starts tearing it up for a conference rival. . .
“When we do find that guy, we’ve got to have the continuity on the offensive side to where we can train him and develop him and get him there. This is our fourth offense in probably three or four years. Quarterbacks need to be developed. You don’t find one ready-made. We got to have a solid system in place for when we do go after whatever guy it may be, a young guy or a trade or whatnot.”

Denver made ‘very aggressive’ attempt to sign Malik Beasley to contract extension

Default Nikola Jokic Leads Short-Handed Nuggets Past Jazz 98-95

    From article:

“We were believing and we didn’t want to let this game go. We have excuses. We have seven guys … but we wanted to give ourselves a chance and give 100 percent of ourselves,” said Jokic, who finished with 31 points, 21 rebounds and 10 assists.

According to the Elias Sports Bureau, Jokic is the 10th player with a 30-point, 20-rebound, 10-assist triple-double in NBA history and just the second in 35 years (joining DeMarcus Cousins) to achieve the statistical feat in a win.

*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Seems like a lot of shuffling for not much. Not sure I have any strong feelings for or against Napier or McCrae.

What in the world are the Nuggets trying to accomplish here?

    I don't get it.

The initial trade was to get something for Beasley and Hernangomez, who weren’t going to get extensions. Napier was in the trade for salary purposes, but had no place on the team with Craig and Morris. McRae is a good 3-point shooter, and could potentially have a role.

Well, as Buff said, it seems like a lot work for little return.

IDK, if Joker keeps playing the way he has the last month or so, none of this stuff even matters. Dude is balling

Yeah, this is all depth stuff. The season comes down to whether or not Jokic or Murray can be an alpha in a close out game.

Sounds like McCrae is more of a true shooting guard, Napier more of a true point guard -- so Napier expendable given we have Monte and Dozier - McCrae depth for Harris.
