In that context...by long term I meant exclude any QB's who were just filling in for a couple of games due to an injury...

I mean he was the full time starter for the majority of a season.

I guess you forgot that Brian Griese didn't lead the Broncos to the playoffs in 1999, 2001, and 2002. We did make the playoffs in 2000 but Brian missed six game because of injury.

No, I did remember Brian...we did go to the playoffs with him that year, even if he was out 6 games he was still the starting QB.

So again, KO is the only Broncos QB in the last 30 years with nary a playoff appearance on his resume.

That's not what you said previously. This stupid to bring up Tebow and Orton. I don't give a rat ass what either what of them did previously. If Tebow still means that much to you go to the Jets fans boards and get your fill. It's l:t better for everyone that way then you get your Tebow fetish in and rest of don't have put with trollish behavior. It's win/win for all parties.

If there was one quarterback I would want in NFL history in a scenario which we were down 14-3 in the second quarter and all we needed was a field goal....I would want Kyle Orton leading that drive.
